What to expect when expecting... to adopt a new pet!

 Once you are sure that you are ready to adopt a new best friend, it is time to reach out to OLAR either via email or social media to schedule a meet-and-greet with one of the adoptable animals. In addition to a meet-and-greet with the baby, OLAR may need to conduct a home visit. After an animal chooses his/her new person, and both the meet-and-greet and the home visit (if applicable) go well, it is time for adoption! Please be sure to review the adoption application ahead of time so that you know what information you will be expected to produce.
