Are you looking for a great opportunity to learn more about OLAR and what goes into caring for the animals? What about learning more about one (or more!) animal specifically? Then you should consider being a sponsor! By being a sponsor, you will receive photos and updates of your sponsored animal.
Here are the expectations of the sponsorship program:
1. The monthly monetary minimum is $25 and this will go to the various needs for your sponsored animal (i.e., food, vet needs, toys and treats, litter).
2. You can expect to receive monthly updates and photos on your sponsored animal.
3. You are more than welcome to come visit your sponsored animal in the Cat Cabin (after COVID, though).
We have two "buckets" of animals to sponsor: the general rescue population and the longer-term/sanctuary rescues. The general rescue population is made up of the animals who are healthy and available to immediate/near future adoption. The longer-term/sanctuary rescues are those animals who will either be harder to adopt based on factors such as health or temperament, or who aren't eligible for adoption and are permanently part of OLAR's sanctuary. The general rescue population animals can be found on our social media pages; however, the longer-term/sanctuary rescues can be found below.
